We want you to love your ultralight gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, sellable condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like food, fuel, and base layers are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the items in their original boxes or mailers, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is clean.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
